4. Ukulele&Guitar for beginners/improvers(Monday)

Learn to play the ukulele or the basics of the acoustic guitar. 
Ukuleles are fun and can be bought for as little as £20.

5. Painting - Evening (Monday)
The Living Field Study Centre, Invergowrie
Students will have the chance to look at new techniques and ideas during the course. 
These would include water- colour, mixed media and general drawing.

This class is suitable for all levels of ability.

8. Carse Voices (Tuesday)
Errol Village Hall
Carse Voices will have a different format this term with 3 Tuesday evenings 
followed by a 3 hour workshop which will then culminate with a concert. 
Thanks to a donation celebrating Gordon Kemp's love of singing, this term will be subsidised.  
Running in conjunction with Horsecross Arts, we are delighted to have secured Veronica Kinahan, 
who took Ireland by storm with her Perth choir when she competed in Ireland in 2014. 
CVs have also been asked to perform at other events this term. 
We really hope new singers will take advantage of this exciting opportunity. 
No previous singing experience required, and no need to read music - everyone can sing!

14. Jewellery Making (Thursday)

Learn techniques to create your own unique pieces of jewellery. 
No experience necessary. 
Tools are available for use during classes. Other items e.g. stringing, 
findings, beads etc., either bring your own or purchase in class for a small cost.

16. Mindfulness Workshop (Saturday)
Episcopal Church Hall, Invergowrie
Mindfulness is based upon the systematic cultivation of moment-to-moment awareness 
of our own experiences. We learn to cultivate positive states of mind to enhance our well-being.
Starts 2nd May, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for 1 class.
Please bring a cushion to support your lower back and a mat to lie on as well as
a packed lunch if desired.

17. Stained Glass Workshop 1 (Saturday)

18. Stained Glass Workshop 2 (Saturday)

Beginners and Advanced. A mixed 'Foil' and 'Lead' class. If 'leading' bring an 18" square board
with four beads or batons to nail around the edge of your work. Other details as above.

19. Navigation Skills (Saturday)
Annat Hall, Rait
Learn skills for walking in the hills, especially taking accurate map readings and compass bearings 
and how to judge distances and times. Get strategies for navigation in poor visibility
and a brief introduction to GPS. 
The morning of day 1, 27th JUNE, will be an introductory session covering basic navigation theory, 
the afternoon will put theory into practice out of doors. 
Day 2, 4th JULY, will be spent practising navigation out in the Angus hills. 
Bring a packed lunch, boots and warm outdoor clothing for both days. Suitable for all abilities
- map and compass provided.

20. Navigation Skills Refresher (Saturday) 
Navigational practice on the hills, suitable for anyone who  has  completed  a  navigation  
theory  class  and would like more practical guidance.

21. Minibus Trip (Sunday)
Visit to 'Dynamic Earth' and the 'Camera Obscura' in the Royal Mile Edinburgh. 
Entry to both venues is £20. Alternative attractions are in the area if you want to vary your visit. 
Leaving 9:00 am from the east end of the Carse with pick up points to suit passengers. 
Enrolment £5 per person (bus only).
One day trip on 28th June.
Places limited, please enrol early.

22. Pitlochry theatre (Wednesday) 
Pitlochry Theatre - "A Little Night Music"
Following the success of last summer's theatre visit we have arranged to see the 
l970's classic Broadway musical "A Little Night Music" adapted from a comic film 
by Ingmar Bergman and set in 1900's Sweden.  
As well as beautiful songs we are promised "a deliciously funny exploration of love lost, 
love found and love rediscovered ... the most elegant romantic PFT musical yet". 
Coach leaves Inchture Hotel at 9:30 am returning at around 7:00 pm.  
Bring a packed lunch or eat in the theatre café.
An Optional backstage tour  at 11.00 am will  cost an extra £4 per person.

23. Short Walks (first Sunday in the month)
Gentle walks up to 5 miles on the first Sunday in the month, meeting at 12 midday.
